The Jersey Soapbox Challenge – Sunday 31st May 2020

In Aid of Jersey Hospice Care

 

We are once again working on an adrenaline-fuelled event of thrills, spills and downhill racing on Sunday 31 May 2020.

With the past two years events a roaring success, we have pulled together the most amazing group of volunteers from the Jersey International Motoring Festival, Classic Vintage & Modern Racing Club of Jersey (CVMRC Jersey), Jersey Motorcycle & Light Car Club (JMLCC), Jersey Hospice Care have once again come together to provide a Soapbox Challenge in aid of Jersey Hospice Care. The 2019 event, held at Mount Bingham had several teams enter with their imaginative creations and who certainly entertained the crowds. Entries included cars from both corporate businesses and private competitors all vying for not only the fastest in their category but the best design and construction and the best theme!

More importantly an impressive £6,670 was raised for Jersey Hospice Care with much praise given from both competitors and spectators alike on a fantastic event once again.
